Instruction is provided for students of all ages and levels. Traditional technical studies are achieved through exposure in classical and contemporary music genres''. A high value for attaining technical control is taught to express artistic quality. Our well rounded piano education includes growing proficiency in: scales, chords, sight reading, controlled velocity, repertoire' maintenance, improvisation, theory, solo performance, accompaniment and ensemble skills, interpretation, and composition. In the spring of 2008, the conservatory performed 37 late intermediate and advanced pianists.
Pedagogic instruction refers to the of the correct use of teaching strategies in order to acheive the goal of mastery in the pupil.
Full Service education provides opportunity for students to particiate in multiple musical applications including: theory, master classes, ensembles, performances, etc.
Teachers do not simply follow a pre-printed method instruction book. Rather a "customized approach is preferred in order to ensure the pupil recieves what they need when the need it.

Instruction is provided for students or all ages and levels. The conservatory currently offers lessons for violin, viola, and cello and guitar. A classical and traditional teaching approach is utilized in tandem with “Suzuki” methods as needed. Private string students are provided with the opportunity to participate in ensemble and orchestra training as soon as possible. Workshops, intensives, quartets and open ensembles are a integral part of a successful strings education.

Students enrolled in our school of Wind study traditional and contemporary skills applied Trumpet, Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, and French Horn. Teachers provide a well rounded edcuation balancing a growing profiency in woodwind and brass techniques including tone quallity, scales, sight reading, improvisation, while being exposed to accepted classical literature as well as contemporary and jazz applications. All students are encouraged to increase their solo and ensemble performance skills
Vocal student participate in classical training both in terms of technique and literature. Older Students who successfully administrate traditional vocal applications are provided the opportunity to pursue contemporary genres’ including theatre, and Pop. Vocal students as young as 5 years old can begin singing in a children’s performance ensemble. Young boys enjoy “Treble Trouble” (a traditional and rock based boys choir). Curriculum includes, vocalizations, breathing, support, placement, range, pitch and tone control .
Our School of Rhythm houses our drums, auxiliary and symphonic percussion, as well as bass guitar students. Drummers learn the rudiments of drumming, layering, stylistic interpretation, and recieve live band experience. Bass guitar students learn to play bass in the proper context. Scales, riffs, ear training, and live band experience contribute to a quality bass education.
The conservatory is dedicated to furthering an early interest in music by developing skills and providing inspiration to its students. We firmly believe that young children possess innate musical attributes which under the right conditions can be trained for musicianship. Introduction to music classes have been developed for children betwee the ages of 4 - 6. Students will learn about major orchestral works, basic applied rhythm, scales and finger positions for keyboard and violin, as well as sing and learn to audiate melodies. Performances will enhance musical confidence.
