SYT is pleased to be able to offer a limited number of production fee scholarships. Applicants who can prove via the IRS Form 1040 (or other approved forms) that their household income falls under the maximum income threshold can receive scholarship support toward the production fee. We believe that it is important that each family have some financial investment in their child's SYT experience, so we are not able to offer full scholarships.  Installment Payment plans do exist.

Once this application and accompanying form(s) are turned in to the SYT office, the applicant will be notified of the outcome by phone within three business days. The decisions of the scholarship committee are final.


In order to complete registration at that time, a mandatory, non-refundable $35 registration fee (paid via money order, cash or check) will be due. The remaining balance of the production fee, if any, may be paid immediately, or via the installment plan.


Payment Plans


Any family may request to pay their production fee in installments. All payments must arranged before classes begin and all fees must be paid in full before technical rehearsals begin. The payments are posted monthly on the 5th or 15th of the month or the first business day after. There is a mandatory, non-refundable $35 registration fee. If you would like to pay the balance off early or in a different manner, it is your responsibility to contact office to do so.


Where are we?  We are in YOUR community!

The SYT office is located at Young Artists Conservatory building located at 500 Davis Street in Vacaville.  Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. 

Rehearsals for our Vallejo/Benicia and WEST casts are held at the Community Presbyterian Church in Vallejo on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The address is 2800 Georgia Street, Vallejo, CA 94591

Rehearsals for the Fairfield Munchkin Casts are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Suisun City, CA 

Rehearsals for our EAST Musical casts are held at Bethany Lutheran School on Mondays, Tuesdays and WednesdaysThe address is 1011 Ulatis Drive, Vacaville, California 95687.  Please park in the back to drop off and pick up your students.
