SYT’s youngest actors get their “feet wet” in the world of theatre by participating in rehearsals that consist of friendly creative exercises and theatre games. Students rehearse twice a week for 1-1/2 hours each for 10 weeks. Rehearsals culminate in performances of children’s theatre titles chosen especially for their age group. Recent titles include: Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, The Emperor’s New Clothes, Beauty and the Beast, and The Wizard of Oz! Cost $300

Lewis Carroll’s adventurous young heroine takes a tumble down an enchanted rabbit hole to an off kilter Wonderland of mock turtles, dancing flowers, punctual rabbits and mad tea parties, where playing cards hold court and nothing is as it seams.
