Music Matters

Our Public School Purpose

Young Artists Conservatory of Music (YACM) is dedicated to the ongoing development of a musical and artistic community. 

On-sight Public School Music Enhancement Programs:

  • will provide elementary students with music training
  • are designed to inspire and retain young musicians in ongoing musical education and performing arts throughout our community.

Our Program provides parent funded / PTO managed band, strings, guitar and/or chorus education to your school.  Classes offered vary by school.

Before and / or After School & On-sight

  • Introductory and Band (3rd  - 6th grade)
  • Strings (1st - 6th grade)
  • Show Chorus (1st to 6th grade)
  • Guitar (2nd-6th grade)

Music Matters can replace cancelled music programs.

Music Matters can augment reduced programs.

Music Matters can supplement and customize as desired.

Music Matters will produce semester performance concerts. 

 

Your Part

Through effective collaboration between parents, administrators, teachers, and students, the

Conservatory can offer a low cost broad based enrichment for schools that wish to replace or enhance current programs.

Meet with your school’s Parent Board, or Music Boosters to determine if starting a before or after school “Music Matters”©  band, strings, voice, etc. program is right for your school!
