“I am motivated to be a teacher of the arts because I want to preserve the art itself," Ms. Daranouvong says. 'I cannot imagine my life today without the music and theatre programs I was blessed to have in school. Through my teachers, I learned performing was my passion in life. I want to give that passion back to my students and encourage them to be dedicated artists throughout their lives.”
