Rosileia is a native of Santos, Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2018, she moved permanently to the United States.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education (Languages and Literature) from the Catholic University of Santos, Sao Paulo, Brazil (UNISANTOS). In the State of São Paulo, she worked in the petrochemical industry as a bilingual Executive Assistant and Communications Assistant.
She is the mother of two beautiful, intelligent, and talented adult daughters and the grandmother to one precious baby boy.
At seven years of age, she enrolled in the Santa Cecília Music Conservatory, a highly respected institution, in the city of Santos, São Paulo, her hometown. Enrolling in this nine-year classical piano program was one of the most important decisions her parents helped her to make. This course has impacted her life, and she is forever grateful to her parents for the wisdom they had in guiding her.
Whether teaching music to students ranging from childhood to senior adults in their eighties or playing for professional and church choirs that had in their repertoire pieces that required her to continue practicing, music has been present in her life throughout the years bringing great joy to her.
Joining the Young Artists Conservatory of Music allows her the opportunity to engage in an outstanding music program of which she is proud to be part.
